“He told them another parable:
“The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds,
yet when it grows,
it is the largest of garden plants
and becomes a tree,
so that the birds come and perch
in its branches.”
He told them still another parable:
“The kingdom of heaven is like yeast
that a woman took and mixed into about sixty pounds of flour until it worked all through
the dough.” Jesus spoke all these things to the crowd in parables; he did not say anything to them without using a parable. So was fulfilled what was spoken through the prophet: “I will open my mouth in parables, I will utter things hidden since the creation of the world.””

    What do you think is meant by being ” washed with water and spirit” in the bible ?
    What is the indirect and indirect or symbolic meaning ?

      Washed with water and spirit refers to baptism after accepting Jesus as your Lord and savior! Put away the old self being born again.

      John 3:3-8NIV Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.[a]”(G)

      4 “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!”

      5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit.(H) 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit.(I) 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You[c] must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows wherever it pleases.
