Jesus is the Son of God!

“This is how we know that we live in him
and he in us:
He has given us of his Spirit.
And we have seen and testify
that the Father has sent his Son
to be the Savior of the world.
If anyone acknowledges
that Jesus is the Son of God,
God lives in them and they in God.
And so we know and rely
on the love God has for us.
God is love.
Whoever lives in love lives in God,
and God in them.
This is how love is made complete among us
so that we will have confidence
on the day of judgment:
In this world we are like Jesus.
There is no fear in love.
But perfect love drives out fear,
because fear has to do with punishment.
The one who fears is not made perfect in love. We love because he first loved us.
Whoever claims to love God
yet hates a brother or sister is a liar.
For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen.
And he has given us this command:
Anyone who loves God
must also love their brother and sister.”

“For God so loved the world
that he gave his one and only Son,
that whoever believes in him shall not perish
but have eternal life.
For God did not send his Son into the world
to condemn the world,
but to save the world through him.
Whoever believes in him is not condemned,
but whoever does not believe
stands condemned already
because they have not believed
in the name of God’s one and only Son.
This is the verdict:
Light has come into the world,
but people loved darkness
instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light,
and will not come into the light for fear
that their deeds will be exposed.
But whoever lives by the truth
comes into the light,
so that it may be seen plainly
that what they have done has been done
in the sight of God.”

Luke 2:9-15 niv
And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord. This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger.”
Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying,
“Glory to God in the highest heaven,
and on earth peace to those on whom his favor rests.”
When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about.”

  1. Just to ask about Peter who was a good and dedicated discipline .
He denied Jesus but then he cried bitterly.
He was forgiven by God .Right ?

    1. Yes, Jesus forgives Peter! 😊 ❤️
At the last supper, Jesus knew Peter would deny Him and prayed for him! (Luke 22:31-34 NIV) Jesus told Him what was going to happen before it did! So, when it did happen, he wept bitterly! (Luke 22:60-62) Jesus looked at Peter and he remembered what Jesus told him at the last supper. Jesus knew what Peter would do! He also, knew he would turn back to Jesus and follow Him! “John 21:15-19 NIv Jesus asks, “Do you love me?”
Feed My lambs. (That means to teach others about His word. The Bible) 2 Timothy 3:16, NIV “All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God a may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

      Jesus asks”Do you love me?”
Tend My sheep. (That means to help those in need and to give to those who don’t have.)

Jesus asks, “Do you love me?”
Feed my sheep after we share and care for others, we are living out what Jesus did and doing what Jesus said, “Follow Me”

Jesus came to save us by dying on the cross for every person for all of our sins! I’m so thankful for His forgiveness! He rose from the dead on the third day and is alive and the right hand of God! He paid the price with His blood for our past, present and future sins” All we need to do is accept His gift of salvation and follow Him! Ephesians 2:8-10 NIV, “8God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. 9Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it. 10For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” We become a child of God!
      I’m so very thankful 💗

      Luke 22:31-34

Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift all of you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you have turned back, strengthen your brothers.”
But he replied, “Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and to death.”
Jesus answered, “I tell you, Peter, before the rooster crows today, you will deny three times that you know me.”

      Luke 22:60-62 niv

Peter replied, “Man, I don’t know what you’re talking about!” Just as he was speaking, the rooster crowed. The Lord turned and looked straight at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word the Lord had spoken to him: “Before the rooster crows today, you will disown me three times.” And he went outside and wept bitterly.

      John 21:15-19 NIV

When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon son of John, do you love me more than these?”
“Yes, Lord,” he said, “you know that I love you.”
Jesus said, “Feed my lambs.”Again Jesus said, “Simon son of John, do you love me?”
He answered, “Yes, Lord, you know that I love you.”
Jesus said, “Take care of my sheep.”
The third time he said to him, “Simon son of John, do you love me?”
Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, “Do you love me?” He said, “Lord, you know all things; you know that I love you.”
Jesus said, “Feed my sheep. Very truly I tell you, when you were younger you dressed yourself and went where you wanted; but when you are old you will stretch out your hands, and someone else will dress you and lead you where you do not want to go.” Jesus said this to indicate the kind of death by which Peter would glorify God. Then he said to him, “Follow me!”

      1. Through both joy and pain,
        we transcend grow and gain,
The sky would nourish us with rain ,
To feel the love and relive again ,
Nothing would go in vain ,
Higher levels of awareness to attain…
