Peace

Peace that God gives us cannot be taken away! Through the storms in life, we can experience the peace of God! We can live in confidence that He keeps All His promises and we don’t need to be afraid! We can be confident that God will never leave us or forsake us! We know there will be storms in life and trials for every person. However, when you choose Jesus to be the driver in your life, by wanting His Will for your life and not your will, you can experience the peace of God! We experience Peace through relationships in the body of Christ as we pray, encourage and support each other! The Holy Spirit within you will produces the fruit of peace the transcends all understanding! The world cannot understand it! When you are in a storm and experience the peace that comes from God, it doesn’t make sense to the world. On the outside it looks impossible and a big mess! But, in the mess God is doing something beautiful inside you and all around you at the same time! There is beauty but we have to choose to look at the good! God’s peace make it possible to see the goodness all around even in the storms!

God loves Every person in the whole world! He created everyone in His image! You have a purpose and can have peace knowing He loves you unconditionally! Isaiah 55:8-9 NIV “For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares the Lord. “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.” We can have peace knowing God is in control and can experience the peace of God through the storms in life! God’s thoughts for us outnumber the grains of sand in the whole world! He loves us all so much and is patient wanting no one to be lost!! Psalm 139:17-18 NIV “How precious to me are your thoughts, God! How vast is the sum of them! Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand when I awake,I am still with you.” We need to remember He loves all of us very much! And pray for each other! John 3:16 NIV “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

“Therefore, since we have been justified through faith,
we have peace with God
through our Lord Jesus Christ,
through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand.
And we boast in the hope of the glory of God.”

I will say it again:
Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near.
Do not be anxious about anything,

by prayer and petition,
with thanksgiving,
present your requests to God.
And the peace of God,
which transcends all understanding,
will guard your hearts and your minds
in Christ Jesus.”

“I urge you, brothers and sisters,
by our Lord Jesus Christ
and by the love of the Spirit,
to join me in my struggle
by praying to God for me.
Pray that I may be kept safe
from the unbelievers in Judea
and that the contribution
I take to Jerusalem may be favorably received by the Lord’s people there,
so that I may come to you with joy,
by God’s will,
and in your company be refreshed.
The God of peace be with you all.
Amen.”

One thought on “Peace

  1. Having Gods peace is truly a breath taking relief. We’re not meant to do this life alone without relationship with others and especially the relationship and intimacy with God that he’s wants for us. It’s so much easier to invite the Holy Spirit into your day, asking for Gods will to be done and not your own a s surrendering your day to God rather than be a little crazy trying to control every situation. In my mind, God already knows what move I’m going to make next and no matter what, He can do it better for me than I can for myself. He is my Rock and fortress and all things can be done but only by his grace and will.
