Spring is here even in the midst of the cold morning! I’m making coffee and preparing for the day and looking outside to see what’s going on through the foggy window! Spring has arrived inside my house as flowers bloom and vegetables grow! The birds are flying in front of my window looking for an opportunity to snatch one of those beautiful butterflies right out of the air! But, even though they can see them through the window, they cannot touch them! With all the craziness going on outside, the butterflies live peacefully flying to one tomato plant to another without a care or worry in the world! God draws us in so many wonderful ways and when you truly seek him with your whole heart, you will see his outstretched arms working everywhere for good! We can have faith in the same way because we are rooted in Jesus as we abide in him and not the ways of the world world! We stand firm in faith because we are confident that God will never leave us or forsake us! The beauty all around us shows his endless goodness for us each day but you have to choose to look for it. He carefully watches over us and will not let His children be snatched out of his hands! We can live in the same peace and have the same joy that God gives us through the Holy Spirit as we drink in His every word like honey! Psalm 119:103-105, “How sweet are your words to my taste, sweeter than honey to my mouth! I gain understanding from your precepts; therefore I hate every wrong path your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” Drinking in every word God breathes Allows us to be consumed by his goodness that will overflow into others! We are aware of the birds of prey knowing the enemy prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour! The enemy is lurking around looking for dust like fear, anxiety, business, worry and others. But, you can’t be consumed because of who lives inside of you! We need to seek first that kingdom of God and his righteousness and allow him to lead us each day! You are safe in his protection and constant care! You are washed clean with no dust! You can live carefree and have faith knowing Jesus loves you more than any person in this entire world! God bless all of you this morning! 💗 😊
